Historians generally agree
that Napoleon was at the height of his military
powers in the years 1796-1805. His campaigns in
Italy may not have had the spectacular results of
his later campaigns in Central Europe, but from a
strategic and tactical standpoint they were
masterpieces of the first order. Its eventual
failure notwithstanding, the Egyptian campaign was
a daring adventure of the sort Europe had not seen
since the Crusades, an extravagant bid for empire
that just barely fell short of success.
These are unpainted
and unassembled metal hobby kits.
Unless otherwise noted, these kits are in the
International 54mm
Collectors Scale. Standing figurines are approx.
2-1/2" - 3" tall.
