It had long been common
practice in amphibious operations for the Royal
Navy to provide a portion of the men and guns
necessary to support the landing force. At
Sebastopol the unfortunate naval gunners found
themselves committed to a protracted siege on land,
burrowing like moles in the Crimean mud and
suffering from such unseamanlike discomforts and
diseases as trenchfoot, cholera, and lice.
These are unpainted
and unassembled metal hobby kits.
Unless otherwise noted, these kits are in the
International 54mm
Collectors Scale. Standing figurines are approx.
2-1/2" - 3" tall.
