Although the war in Europe had been raging for
two years, the attack on Pearl Harbor caught the
Americans unprepared both physically and mentally.
The Marine Corps Fighter Squadrons were to suffer
bitterly in the early days of the war. The Marine
Air Station at Ewa, Hawaii was annihilated on the
first day of the war.
These are unpainted
and unassembled metal hobby kits.
Unless otherwise noted, these kits are in the
International 54mm
Collectors Scale. Standing figurines are approx.
2-1/2" - 3" tall.
