FATHER CHRISTMAS, ENGLISH CHRISTMAS FIGURE

Inspired by
turn-of-the-century drawings, our artist depicts
England's Father Christmas as a corpulent and jolly
fellow. Attired in a long, fur trimmed robe and
wearing a crown of holly, he recalls the ancient
druidic beliefs from which he sprang. He lifts the
Wassail Cup high in celebration of the festive
season that He, Plum Pudding, the Boar's Head and
Yule logs are all part of.
These are unpainted
and unassembled metal hobby kits.
Unless otherwise noted, these kits are in the
International 54mm
Collectors Scale. Standing figurines are approx.
2-1/2" - 3" tall.
