In many areas of Poland, a
young priest or small boy will act the part of the
"Star-Boy"the lead caroler. Our figurine depicts
such a young man bearing a lantern and the
traditional staff crowned by the Christmas Star.
Dressed in peasant garb; wearing an embroidered
sheep skin jacket, boot and fur caps, he raises his
voice in song, inviting all to join in singing the
beautiful Polish songs of Christmas.
These are unpainted
and unassembled metal hobby kits.
Unless otherwise noted, these kits are in the
International 54mm
Collectors Scale. Standing figurines are approx.
2-1/2" - 3" tall.
