Valiant Miniature Kit# 9901 - General George Washington. Washington, who later became the first President of the United States, was made Commander In Chief during the War of Independence. Overcoming severe hardships, and many defeats, he led his troops to victory by proving himself an exacting and capable leader. He did not go in for the flashy, sometimes gaudy , uniforms that were worn by other officers of this period. He wore the standard officers uniform with no variation, even down to the regulation sword. This item is an unpainted and unassembled metal hobby kits. Standing figurines are approx. 2-1/2" - 3" tall. Kit is recommended for ages 8+ |
